The Dying of Mortimer Post, Barry Ozeroff's latest book, draws on Barry's experience as a police officer and former SWAT sniper. He also researched helicopter pilots who flew during the Vietnam War to write this book spanning four decades in the life of a man who was very much affected by the significant events of the times.

Barry has always had an active imagination and real cases have often spawned a "what if" scenario. He has always wanted to be an author, so writing isn't work, it's a joy.
