EMAIL ORDERING
You can simply email us directly about any books you're interested in purchasing, whether you see them listed anywhere on our site or not. When we get an email query from you, we will respond within a day or two with information about price and availability.
If you'd like to order one or more books that we've emailed you about, or you can use one of several methods to transmit payment:

Please identify the order and your total in the "special message" section.
* Phone, fax or Email us your credit card information (contact info is at the bottom of the page) or
* Send us a check or money order for the amount we've quoted you;
* Click on this button to use PAYPAL Fill in the total including shipping when transferred to the Paypal site, and be sure to mention the title(s) or provide an email reference in the "Order details" box.
To redeem a virtual gift certificate, just note the amount you would like applied when you reply to our email confirmation. We will email you any remaining credit.
